Cancellation Policy: Any user (captain or representative) has the right to cancel their registration request, withdraw from completing data, or request the deletion of their data from our technical support databases at any time and without giving any reasons.
Cancellation procedures: You can cancel the order simply by stopping completing the steps, or by contacting the site's technical support team and requesting account/order cancellation.
Processing time: Once a request to cancel registration or delete data is received, it is processed and implemented immediately and automatically within (24 to 48 hours) at most, with confirmation that no obligations or fees will be incurred by the user as a result of this cancellation, given that all our services are completely free.
